The story of Cocina Mexicana 017 LLC begins here. My family and I saw every day the challenges and limited time we had as families to find delicious, authentic Mexican food when we returned home after a long day of work and all-day activities.
But in 2023, we faced a decision that required an act of faith from my family. Starting a business from home, trusting the process, and determination have given us the strength to tell all those special families who color a unique world that autism is a condition that needs to be understood, not judged.
